Are you a current employee at PHSS and interested in working towards your Developmental Services Worker (DSW) diploma?

 The DSW Apprenticeship Program provides on-the-job training  of employees who wish to pursue their education towards their DSW diploma. This “earn while you learn” program allows employees to maintain their current job status while working towards a Certificate of Apprenticeship.

PHSS is an employer sponsor of the DSW Apprenticeship Program. To be eligible to apply for the program, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently a permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee
  • Completion of probationary period
  • Grade 12 high school diploma to Ontario Education Standards
