- Attendees will have the option to participate in-person at the London Hunt Club (limited to the capacity of the venue) or virtually via live stream!
- Cocktail reception for in-person attendees will begin at 5:30 PM
- Formal presentation will begin at 6:30 PM, which will be streamed for virtual attendees

FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING VIRTUALLY:
- Link for the 6:30 PM (ET) virtual ceremony will be provided via email to all virtual attendees one day before the event
- Virtual attendees who register by April 7th will receive an “Event in a Bag” delivered to them prior to the event to enhance the virtual Laudable Londoners experience.
- Virtual attendees are welcome to register after April 7th, however, we cannot guarantee package delivery.
ABOUT THE HONOUREE:
A graduate of Western University in 1986, Dr. Cathy Faulds received Certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) in 1989, and became a Fellow in 2004. She completed her Certificate of Added Competence in Palliative Care from the CFPC in 2016 and her American Board of Palliative and Hospice Medicine in 2010.
Currently, Dr. Faulds serves as a palliative care physician with St. Joseph’s Health Care London and as a staff family physician at London Health Sciences Centre. Along with providing palliative care leadership for St. Joseph’s Health Care London for over a decade, she has also provided primary care to her family practice in the London region for 32 years having retired in 2020. During the pandemic, she has done locum work for SOAHAC and delivered COVID vaccinations to PHSS clients. Since 1996, she has served as a clinical professor and mentor to undergraduate and graduate medical students at Western University. Dr. Faulds currently serves as Chair of the Ontario Medical Association and Chair of ARGI.inc, which delivers and evaluates Chronic Disease Programs to primary care. She is a faculty member of the Centre of Personalized Education for Physicians (CPEP) where she specializes in teaching ethical remediation.
She has participated on the Board of the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP) serving as Honorary Secretary-Treasurer in 2011 and 2012, President-Elect in 2013, and President in 2014-2015. She concluded her term as Past-President in November 2016. She has served as a Director of the College of Family Physicians of Canada from 2013-17. She was a member of the Technical Board of Accreditation Canada when she collectively co-authored the primary care accreditation standards. She was an inaugural member of the Western OHT and London Middlesex Primary care Alliance and has held other government leadership roles both in the LHIN, OH and MOH.
In addition to her experience with the CFPC and OCFP, Dr. Faulds has served on numerous committees at Health Quality Ontario on quality improvement plans and primary care metrics. She has served as Co-Chair of the Family Medicine Alliance in Ontario, as well as Director of the Thames Valley Family Practice Research Team and Foundation Western, in London, ON. She was an inspector for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of ON. Now, Dr. Faulds is an Executive Coach and has received her Registered Corporate Coach designation through Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
