Brian Dunne receives OCSA Commitment to Leadership award

It is our pleasure to announce that our very own President and CEO, Brian Dunne, has been
nominated and selected to receive the first annual Ontario Community Support Association
Commitment to Leadership award.

Ontario Community Support Association is the voice of home and community support,
representing hundreds of agencies, 25,000 staff and 100,000 volunteers across Ontario. The
Commitment to Leadership award is one of four categories of awards included in the OCSA
Commitment to Care Awards, sponsored by Lough Barnes Consulting Group in Toronto,
Ontario. The selection and judging committees are made up of health system experts; with
winners in each category chosen by this impressive committee, and recognized during the
banquet at the OCSA 2015 conference on October 21st, 2015. Nominees of the Commitment to
Leadership were judged on their professional achievements, contributions to the home and
community sector, collaboration across the health system, providing care which is client and
family-centred, and how they inspire and motivate others.

Brian’s visionary leadership, passion for commitment to those we serve, integrity, and strong
sense of social justice proved once again to be exemplary. Please join me in extending sincere
congratulations to Brian for this outstanding accomplishment.
