Join us for the 2024 Annual General Meeting!

We’re thrilled to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is fast approaching, and we can hardly contain our excitement about bringing everyone together again for a day filled with fun games, lively music, delectable cuisine, and, of course, fantastic company!

As an organization deeply dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and following the resounding success of last year’s event, we’re delighted to offer a diverse culinary experience again this year. In addition to our beloved traditional BBQ, we’ll be featuring catering options showcasing the rich flavours of both Middle Eastern and Latin cuisines.

The Fanshawe Dam will be closed for the entire day on Aug 8th and therefore we cannot use the regular Fanshawe Conservation Area entrance.  Instead, you will be using their north gate located at the east end (dead end) of Fanshawe Park Road, there will be staff located at the new entrance (pined below) to let everyone in. Click here for a map that shows you where the old entrance was, and guides you to the new entrance as well as a map that will guide you to the Watson Porter Pavilion once you enter the park from the new entrance. Once you get into the park there will also be PHSS direction signs to guide you to the proper spot.
